Suffering from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar and ...etc. also works for Daily Life.

Daily Journaling- Day and Night- (Write about the great, good, bad, ugly and downright nasty things that happened during your day and evening every day. It truly helps to write it down on paper.

My college instructor Linda Paulson used this as one of her lectures. It’s called No Name letter--- if someone is causing you pain, anxiety or depression, etc. or your job, or school is doing the same.

Write a letter… not addressed to anyone, place or thing. But you are thinking of that person, place or thing.Just write what you are feeling. Just get it down on paper, write as much as you can before you take a pause, it really helps to get it out of your mind and heart. Do this every time you feel pain, anxiety or

depression, etc. Then read it and then crumple it up and throw it away. ---this has helped me in so many ways. If your pain, anxiety or depression gets REALLY overwhelming PLEASE seek professional help.. a mental health therapist. I have, I am not ashamed to admit that I am seeing a mental health therapist. If it's a letter you are writing to yourself: write it down, read it and then put it

somewhere where you can read it in 3 months or 6 months. --- by doing this made me more accountable to myself.

I am not saying it helps you 100%, I know personally that Mental Health Illnesses are NO Joke! It's just another way to hopefully help you get through a rough day, hour, minute or second of a day.

As I always say: Take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time or even one second at a time. As long as you are moving in the right direction it doesn't matter how big that step is as long as it's moving forward you will be alright.

I LOVED HER CLASS! I took quite a few classes with her while I was attending Portland Community College Southeast Campus. She was one of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters while I was going to college. cheerleaders and supporters while I was going to college. She knew that I was attending college while I was living as a Homeless WOMAN for 5 years. She was VERY PROUD OF ME when I walked across the stage to get my SEVEN CERTIFICATES! Miss those classes with her!
