GRACE from the Inside Out...

I am a Heart based business. I am the Owner and TransformatIonal Coach \ Life Coach of GRACE from the Inside Out.I am currently working on my certifications in Certified Master Transformational Coach Certification and Certified Professional Life Coach Certification. MY FOCUS: I help 40-60 year old women who have gone through major changes, overcome them, but don't know what to do next.

I help these other women figure that out.Through guidance and a partnership with them to help keep them accountable for their actions and choices they make, to inspire them by sharing my own personal experience with a particular major change that they are going through, to motivate them to want to transform themselves and their future in a more positive supportive way starting from the Inside Out. I help these other women become a better person starting from the Inside Out.

My Passion is helping other people, especially women. I have gone through major changes in my life and overcame them. Now I am focusing on helping other women do the same thing starting from the Inside Out.

• Sexual Assault the Recovery Process

• Physical Health Issues..in general

• Dealing with Chronic Pain in general

• Dealing with Major surgery issues and the Recovery process in general

• Having aging parents who are dealing with physical health issues

• Having aging parents who are in Assisted Living or Nursing Homes or are in the hospital for an extended period of time

• Living on a limited monthly budget

I worked in a Women's counseling center in Indiana for two years as an Personal Assistant/ Office Manager.I worked as an Assistant Manager of the Demonstration DEPARTMENT at Sam's Club in Fargo, ND.

I have worked with different non-profit organizations for homeless and low income individuals and families.Went to a Forum in November 2019, in Bend, Oregon with Right 2 Survive, Spoke at the Forum on experience as a Former Homeless Woman. What basic needs for Women are not being met by the different resource places that help the homeless community?
